This traditional British mild-bodied Cheddar is made with the finest milk and aged for at least 3 months. Because of its young age, it should have a subtle flavour.
Each batch of our cheese is graded, enabling us to hand-select Cheddar suitable for slicing.
In order to ensure the high quality of fresh cheese, the best consumption period is only 3-4 weeks from repackaging to sales in Hong Kong. Customers are advised not to store it too long after purchase. Please consume it within few days when it is depactched.
How to preserve fresh natural cheese and processed cheese:
Whether it is natural cheese or processed cheese, you should pay attention to the storage environment and consume it as soon as possible after opening the package. The cheese making process requires strict control of temperature and humidity. Since cheese changes with time, odor and bacterial strains, and easily absorbs odors in the environment, it is best to wrap it in plastic wrap and store it refrigerated to avoid mold or other odors in the refrigerator.
