The cooking method is very simple: after thawing, place the duck breast in a frying pan, skin side down, and pan-fry over low heat for about 10 minutes, until golden brown. Then flip and pan-fry the other side for about 5 minutes. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes, until the skin is crispy.
