Chateau Cantemerle is a classified estate in the Haut-Medoc region, renowned for its long history and tradition. The vineyard spans over 90 hectares, with 64% planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, while Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot account for 27%, 5%, and 4%, respectively. The average age of the vines is 35 years.


  • The estate’s flagship wine requires 16 months of aging, including 12 months in French oak barrels (35% new oak), which highlights its exceptional quality and refined flavors.
  • The 2017 vintage showcases a deep, rich color with an elegant and persistent aroma. 
  • It offers concentrated fruitiness with a refreshing character, exuding delightful blackberry notes. The palate is complex, well-structured, and refined, with a lingering finish and excellent aging potential.
